Shipping

You will receive an automatic confirmation email after you place your order.

We offer free UPS Ground shipping. Priority shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, pending availability and credit card verification. Once an order has been placed, please email sales@monfrerefashion.com for any modifications or cancelations prior to shipping. 

You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order ships.

Orders may experience shipping delays during special releases, major holidays, and during markdown periods.

Please note, MONFRÈRE does not ship on weekends and major holidays.

MONFRÈRE is not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen in transit. If there are any issues please email sales@monfrerefashion.com and we will do out best to assist.

All items marked as final sale are not eligible for cancelation, return or exchange.

 

International orders

MONFRÈRE offer worldwide shipping. Please email us if you are unsure about your country. Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout.

All international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (ddu). Customs, duties, and taxes are calculated in addition to item price and shipping cost at checkout. The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery.

Please contact your local customs office for assistance with estimating additional costs.

 

Returns and exchanges - North America

We offer free returns inside the USA. All shipments include a return label.

MONFRÈRE allows returns and exchanges within 30 days of the order delivery date. All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and unwashed with all original tags attached. The original invoice must be included with any return. Failure to do so can delay the processing of your return.

Exchanges can be made for a different size or color of the original style ordered. If you would like to exchange your item for a different style, please return your items for a refund and place a new order for the style preferred. To process an exchange please email sales@monfrerefashion.com prior to returning the item.

Returns are processed within 3-5 business days of the package arriving at our facility. This period may be longer during peak sales periods. Depending on your payment provider, it can take 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to post to your account.

If MONFRÈRE determines that any products are not in original condition, a refund or exchange will not be granted and the items will be returned to you.

To initiate a return, please email sales@monfrerefashion.com to request a return authorization.

International orders are not eligible for exchange.

A full refund, less the shipping cost, will be issued immediately upon the arrival and inspection of your return. Depending on your payment provider, it can take 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to post to your account.
